I recently stayed at a hotel in Ísafjörður and had a wonderful experience. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of town. The hostel had a cozy atmosphere, with cozy beds and a spacious living room with a kitchen corner where guests could prepare meals and socialize. it was a great place to stay in Ísafjörður.

I can confidently recommend this hotel.

If you're someone who craves direct contact with nature, this hostel is a great choice. With its location in a sleepy town surrounded by exciting and untamed surroundings, you'll have plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. the staff at the 24/7 reception is friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check, in and check, out process. the well, equipped kitchen and stable WiFi are additional conveniences that make your stay comfortable. Plus, as many hikers stay here, you'll have the chance to meet interesting people who share your passion for nature.

The shared bathrooms can be a bit inconvenient, as there are only two for all guests.

    Very good

The hostel provided a cozy and comfortable environment for our Easter stay. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hostel had a spacious living room with a kitchen corner, allowing guests to prepare their own meals and socialize with other travelers. The heating was also adjustable, which was great for the cooler evenings during our stay.

One of the drawbacks was the check-in process, as it was a bit inconvenient to have to go to another location for check-in. the hostel could benefit from providing more basic kitchen items, such as a box grater and colander, as well as additional towels for drying and cleaning.

Surprisingly private stay with clean bathrooms and a cute, well-equipped kitchen and living area. Conveniently located in the heart of town, close to all amenities and ample parking. Reception at Ísafjörður Hotel was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process. Stable WiFi, comfortable beds, and a cozy atmosphere to relax and socialize. Plenty of outdoor activities nearby.

I recently stayed at a cozy hotel in a sleepy town and it was perfect for a relaxing and authentic Iceland experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and having breakfast delivered to my room was a nice touch. The location was great, with a supermarket, restaurant, and live music pub nearby. The hostel also had a well-equipped kitchen and a large seating/living room area where I met interesting people.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy hostel in Isafjordur. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I loved the big living room with a kitchen corner. It was the perfect place to socialize and prepare meals. The location was excellent, within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Despite being in the center of town, the hostel was quiet and I had a good amount of privacy. The bathrooms were clean and the overall atmosphere was really cute. I also appreciated that the heating could be turned on, even during the summer.

    Nothing for me. 😊

The common room at the hostel is spacious and bright with a big window, perfect for families. The 24/7 reception makes check-in and check-out easy, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The well-equipped kitchen and stable WiFi are additional benefits. With 2 bathrooms and the practice of not placing guests together unless necessary, there were no issues with noise. The location is excellent for exploring Isafjordur and accessing the ferry for Hornstrandir. Loads of outdoor activities are available in the surrounding area.

    Felt happy, no complaint.
